Project Highlight: Ultra High-Efficiency VRF System at INNOTECH Polymers Office, Jebel Ali
Stout proudly completed the supply and installation of an ultra high-efficiency Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system at the INNOTECH Polymers office in Jebel Ali. This state-of-the-art HVAC system, combined with an advanced building envelope and solar PV integration, is designed to align with net-zero energy goals.
A major highlight of the project was the collaboration with Smart Insulation Finishing Systems, whose high-performance insulation envelope, including Smart Wall Masonry Panels and an advanced combo roof system, achieved an impressive U-value of 0.18 W/m²K. This significantly enhanced insulation reduced the HVAC load by 38%, enabling a more compact system design.
Additionally, the solar PV system was optimally sized, thanks to the building's superior energy efficiency. The integrated solar installation offsets a substantial portion of the building's energy consumption, reducing its carbon footprint and operational costs.
With advanced remote monitoring and automation capabilities, the system ensures real-time tracking of energy performance and operational efficiency. This project is a testament to Stout Energy's commitment to innovative, sustainable building solutions and energy-efficient HVAC systems.
